Aanerf to Mccree has led to him having like 3-4 buffs, why not just revert and make him shoot faster like he did before. He now rolls further, stuns longer, has more hp and reloads fast just to compensate to a nerf that no one asked for. This is power creep.
I'm pretty sure his stun is weaker than it was before and the fire rate nerf was so massive as it lowered his overall DPS. Power creep would be him receiving the fire rate buff while keeping these other buffs. The strength of a buff indicates power creep, not number of buffs
