Normally my tweets are complete jokes or experiences in my day-to-day life at work, home, etc, but this one’s a little more serious for me at least. With all the uncertainty up in the air right now—concerns about mental and physical health—it’s a weird time.

Having moved out of home barely weeks before all this went down has made it a little harder for me. I feel as though my own mental health has suffered a little bit from it, bouts of anxiety and depression smacking me in the face more often than I’d like to admit.

I’m usually a very happy, optimistic person but lately I haven’t exactly felt myself and I’m sorry to those who have been concerned about me. I’m doing okay, just... yeah. It sucks. In saying that, though, there’s a lot of you who—without really knowing—have helped me.
