Nerf everything about Orisa except Halt. Its literally the only part of her thats fun to play. Yes it needs to feel mor consistent and is REALLY strong but i think they should focus on that and make it the main focus of her kit, kind of like they changed DVa in her rework.
Wow, this is exactly what i say Halt is the only thing that makes Orisa fun and nerfing it actually makes her the least fun character in the game
