Interesting that a lot of people are curious on using coaches as a selling point on OWL teams for the 2020 season. It's incredibly hard to understand a coaches value looking from the outside in, especially with how little emphasis is put on coaches to speak out publicly

oh i know who the best coach is but it's the rest that are sus

but in all seriousness it's very hard and the best way is W/L, but over many seasons OWL is too baby right now to know for sure

@CaptainPlanetOW it would be cool if there were stats on coaches like their win-loss over the past two seasons. I assume pavane and crusty have the best WR

pavanes would be NYXLs, which is great crusty, i'd have to see but i think it'd make sense Then probably you! Though tbf there aren't a lot of head coaches that coached for two whole seasons (even if they swapped teams)
