I think it’s DPS just barely, the roles are super close though. I believe raw mechanical skill DPS require out-shines the mechanical skill required of the other roles. DPS need less positioning/cool down management but if you are not hitting your shots you are being useless
On top of this, you need to learn more heroes and most DPS aren’t as effective as just existing as most tanks and some supports are. I will repeat though, the difficulty gap between the roles is very small and each role is challenging in their own ways.
