now that 2-2-2 exist can we balance pretty much everything that is meta (nerf mei somehow, nerf orisa somehow) The goal should be a rock paper scissors meta or a meta where the team with better players win and not the team better at running at the other team
Change dva so she synergizes less with everything and make it so other tanks work better with other tanks (obivously Roadhog can't become a dive hero but make him better with everyone that isnt orisa Bring back abilities which damage barries but not players (old concussion blast)

Add some sort of reward to dealing damage to barriers (would greatly affect lower ranks as there will be an incentive to breaking barriers (other than the barriers breaking) and could also help with target focus Nerf Pharmercy but buff other supports to help Pharah in place

Increase damage falloff range (as in deal more damage from further away) for everybody. Give sombra a longer hack cast time Give sym her old turrets but but keep the throwable part, make the collision less finicky. Give us a hero specific option for cancelling mei's ice block

Increase splash radius of molten core. Let a bunch of abilities be manually cancelled. Examples, whole hog, dragonblade, seismic slam, piledriver, shadow step, take a breather, grappling hook etc. Give sigma an option for holding to move shield or clicking again to stop shield.
