What #Infosec jobs are companies having the most trouble filling? What makes those roles so difficult to fill?

Companies have trouble filling roles for security people with devops experience, because security people don't want to learn new tech and devops people look at security people and decide they don't want to work in that field because security people are jerks
This hurts because it's true. And the idea of security people not wanting to learn new tech is depressing .. but true. A lot of security people being viewed as jerks is totally warranted in my experience

If you don’t have a desire to learn new tech as a pen tester you are going to become irrelevant pretty bloody fast.
