To be clear: the advisory panels aren’t subject to open meetings law BUT we expect each of them to have extensive stakeholder engagement. The individual panels will decide whether to meet in public or private, and it’s likely it will be a mix of both, but that’s TBD.
Next Climate Action Council meeting set for Monday August 24. Expect appointments of advisory panel members, who will have influence over various sector plans but are set to meet in secret.
