Improved - yes, but I can't promise you we get rid of them all, it's a trade-off for not using kernel patches (RWX memory permissions).

Yea but do you want to force everyone to use kernel patches? It's avoided if possible. If there is a ready kernel re-implementation and/or kernel patches readily available, this will be fixed, but that's only the dot on the "i"
