Heh, to be fair, it's genuinely the only vaccination where this is regulated by treaty (which created those yellow vaccine books, too). I've always felt that this is a shame, though, could ensure so much baseline if more vaccinations were added as mandatory.

Yes, Dr Drew and friends may also never have put children into US public school systems or summer camps, both having long required childhood vaccinations. (First responders also often required to show proof of vaccination).
