I know this might seem sad, especially since it was gorgeous outside all day, but today is the first Sunday that I’ve worked in a long time and DAMN IT FEELS GOOD TO BE PRODUCTIVE AF ON A SUNDAY.

1/ HOW TO ASK FOR HELP AS AN ENTREPRENEUR -- Every week entrepreneurs reach out to me cold on LinkedIn, Twitter, and email asking for help. I love helping if I can! Unfortunately most people are terrible at asking for help. Here is how to do it properly.

YC is hiring a new batch director. This is one of the most impactful employee roles at YC, reports directly to me, and is well compensated with salary, benefits, and equity in YC. If you know someone great feel free to intro to me directly. Apply here:

Two months ago, I was super skeptical about paying $29/month for . I save so much time every single week, I'd now happily pay double. In fact, it feels like such an unfair advantage... maybe even triple?! SUCH A GOOD PRODUCT 🙌 Ps. , you're a saint.

I’ve been crying for 20 minutes reading this thread and its comments. I can’t believe how deeply moved I am to hear stories about men being kind and decent.

If you find yourself saying "I've been waiting for someone to start this startup for years," it's a sign you should.

When a woman says, “This man raped me a long time ago,” we say, “But that was in the past.” When a girl says, “This boy raped me last night,” we say, “But we can’t wreck his future!” And there she stands, suspended between his past and his future, with no value of her own."

You know when you meet someone who's incredible on all counts, wants to be in a relationship, but is still single? You wonder, "What am I missing here? How is this possible?!" Yeah. That's how I feel about a lot of the companies I work w/ on .

I spent weeks and weeks interviewing software engineers, asking, “What do you value most about the team you work on? What made you leave your last company?” That’s where the 45 values on came from.

It’s really hard to go against the group, but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. If your people aren’t changing with you, then sometimes you just have to find new peeps. That’s more than okay.
