    Two months ago, I was super skeptical about paying $29/month for . I save so much time every single week, I'd now happily pay double. In fact, it feels like such an unfair advantage... maybe even triple?! SUCH A GOOD PRODUCT 🙌 Ps. , you're a saint.

    I’ve been crying for 20 minutes reading this thread and its comments. I can’t believe how deeply moved I am to hear stories about men being kind and decent.

    I want to tell a story: Once in high school, I felt insecure, I put on a tight top too low cut and dark lipstick I didn't usually wear. I went to a party drank terrible wine coolers, too many of them. A man asked me if I wanted to leave, I slurred, said maybe. He said "maybe"?

    It’s really hard to go against the group, but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. If your people aren’t changing with you, then sometimes you just have to find new peeps. That’s more than okay.

    Changing your habits often requires you to change your tribe. Each tribe has a set of shared expectations. Behaviors that conform to the shared expectations are attractive. Behaviors that conflict with the shared expectations are unattractive. It's hard to go against the group.
