If you... 1) develop a bias for moving fast 2) consistently ask, “What’s the real goal here and is there a better way to accomplish it?” ... you can accomplish a lot in one life.

To be persuasive, speak clearly. To be loved, love unconditionally. To be respected, be yourself. To be talented, learn deeper. To be successful, execute your plan. To be rich, understand people.

You are stuck in a job you dislike. But you have a talent. Drawing. Singing. Writing. Making videos. Coding. Whatever. If you love your art, you will never be too “busy.” 30 minutes a day. Everyone has them. Compound on years. Leverage the Internet. It gets you very far.

Talent. The art of doing it every day for a decade. Growth. The art of never choosing the easy path. Happiness. The art of leveraging talent and growth to help people.

This was one of the most depressing and yet motivating data I've seen on this topic of who we spend our time with and it's finiteness..

A friend said something crazy to me the other day: "You have 18 summers to enjoy with your kids. That's it." By the time your kids turn 18, you have spent 70%+ of the total time you will spend with them. After that, it's a wild card (they are busy, you are old).

Build small habits, but make big plans. (1) Keep your daily actions small. Strive to get 1% better every day. (2) Keep your daily mindset big. Think about how you can play a bigger game. Always start small. Never play small.

The best career tip: Start writing. Publicly. No one will notice at first. Which is good. You’ll build the habit. You’ll find your voice. You’ll build a platform slowly, brick by brick. Over 5-10 years, you’ll build an asset very few have. The opportunities will shock you.

This is why “bad”workouts are often most important ones.Sluggish days &bad workouts maintain compound gains accrued from previous good days.Simply doing something—ten squat, five sprints,a push-up,anything really—is huge.Don’t put up a zero.Don’t let losses eat into ur compounding

Each day creates surface area for new opportunities. The longer you live, the more ideas, people, and options you encounter. Without active pruning, the natural path of any to-do list is to grow. As a result, a key skill in life is deciding what shouldn’t be done.

«Don’t break the chain” is a powerful mantra. Don’t break chain of sales calls and u’ll build successful book of business. Don’t break chain of workouts and u’ll get fit faster than u’d expect. Don’t break chain of creating every day and u will end up with an impressive portfolio

The wise person learns from the mistakes of others, the rest of us learn from personal failures aka pain. I spent most of my life learning only through brute force/pain. Please be wiser than me. Check your ego and learn from others.
