Not everyone would agree. Many still prefer spread-out lifestyle, facilitated by local policy. Question is whether it's sustainable.

Not everyone agrees with most things I say :) But I also think sustainability is pretty important, regardless of what lifestyle you prefer.

It's true, density ≠ affordability, necessarily. But it's better than keeping everyone out, and Seattle could do more with subsidies.

Few things in life are objectively better or worse. Density is subjectively better, in my opinion.
simplistic statement. density often is LIMITED by zoning laws in cities like seattle. market would accept more.

Can I just say that using density as a metric for success only works if you're seeking something other than human happiness?

Hard to figure why some say the media has it in for Republicans. Many who look for a home seek a backyard, front yard. You see sprawl.

I don't know. Raleigh seems nice and Austin is supposed to have great night life. The rest, though, yeah, not an improvement over here.
