    ... in this world where prosecutors routinely use this law to prosecute relatively minor access to a ridiculous extent. So the reason Junior got off was not good discretion. The reason is simply privilege. A poor kid with no connections would have been prosecuted.

    It’s called a union. Members elect the leadership. You don’t like dealing with unions because you don’t like paying your workers. But American workers generally like unions or they wouldn’t have them.
