I wouldn't say single handedly, though he was probably the largest or second largest bump. Mandy, Hbomberguy, RagnarRox and SulMutal all were pretty important to getting the game recognition in the west.

Imagine being a 3-person dev team releasing a game in 2018, have it be fairly obscure for 2 years and all of the sudden it’s one of the biggest games of all time
