Is Little Hope any good?
Like it's better than Man of Medan for sure. But still not a great game and there are so many other, better horror games out there..

are there better multiplayer local co-op horror games? that's honestly the primary reason for my interest

There aren't really any other co-op story horror games that do what Man of Medan and Little Hope do, and I love them for that. If you can play 2 player coop with a friend, do it. Best way to experience the games in my opinion.
