I will never forget how people were being critical of Blizzard and EA for their shitty lootboxes two years ago and at the same time those same people said "smash should have lootboxes with new alt costumes

don't forget taking down the digital version of Pikmin 3 on the wii u right as they announced the port and ONLY THEN bringing it back after people gave them backlash
*cough* gamed literally existing for 6 minths before disappearing into the ether to create scarcity and drive up sales
