im gonna drop a hot take; the filler episodes of steven universe were in general the heart of the series and the diamond conflict wasnt that entertaining for me

I was always a huge fan of the character driven episodes, especially the fusions. Seeing characters develop and grow throughout the series is some of the coolest stuff to me. It's why Peridot and Amethyst were favorite characters, their development was great
