wait how do you not like The Witcher's combat I got through most of the game without using oils or potions because I just learned how to fight, that made it a million times better for me

whaaaaaaaaat Arkham was like a more simplified version of MGS3's CQC, it had a fantastic flow and felt like randori once you got into the rhythm I'm not saying you can't NOT enjoy them, I'm just surprised
It felt a bit...easy? just timing and tempo, had more fun just sneaking around and doing stealth eliminations than actual fighting

early on, absolutely but later they start throwing in enemies who can counter your counters, or require specific timing or responses, and it just feels so good aside from CQC (or boxing games), it was the first time I felt like I could attack and defend in the same action
