I mean, they’re all technically the same person based on lore albeit different reincarnations/parts/name changes. The lore behind SH is wild, and sometimes confusing at the surface; but worth delving into.

But they aren't the same person. They are literally separate souls. Alessa split into Cheryl, cheryl merged back with Alessa to create the incubator. Incubator splits half her soul from her body creating heather. They may all be from the same body, but they are different souls
