I'm curious so let's see: Would you be okay with big AAA games to have longer dev cycles if that means you have to wait but the team gets properly paid/no crunch? RT because im legit curious

I hate that its even a point of discussion, just don't crunch your devs. If parts of the game have to be released post launch, do it for free unless its actually something substantial and was actually not in the original project plan.
