  I wish you a lot of luck, and patience. Figuring out what normal is supposed to look like took me a long time; I chose to be kind to myself by explaining to those around me now the reason I have a low tolerance for some behaviors. It's worth it to live a life where you're valued.

  It was scary for me too but it turned into the biggest breath of fresh air and leap of faith in myself I ever could have taken. It's hard but you'll do a lot of growing and learning and believe in yourself!!

  Good! My last therapy appointment was about learning to move on from traumatic experiences from old abusers I kicked out of my life. And you'll find some people in life that do love and support you, and become a breath of fresh air for you in your life.
