I feel like some of this comes from the idea that he copies male and female fighting styles. It also makes sense for Seth to have multiple forms due to his/her nature as a shapeshifter. I also like the concept of Seth possibly changing forms to better mimic moves.

less of a shapeshifter and more so just using science to create bodies to shove his consciousness into. Using scouts and other reconnaissance to study character moves to install into his repertoire. He's a chimera of sorts.
