So pay $60 for an expansion to the $60 game that further begs for money with microtransactions and lootboxes. I think it's also safe to assume the "sequel" will also be heavy with MTs and LBs. I guess that's one way to make up for the loss in revenue after the Hong Kong debacle.

I don’t think it’s fair to say the first game... well the BASE game, begged for money considering you can easily get free loot boxes by leveling up or playing arcade

If you own overwatch 1 you get all the new maps and characters released for overwatch 2. You just don't get any new modes and the singleplayer

It would probably be easier to rename the game to something like "The Overwatch Archives" or Overwatch: Declassified" or whatever the game is about.
