I mean if they started trying to change the industry only last night that's kind of the first problem.
You can't change an industry in one day, but you can certainly make sure to not book exclusively white guests and presenters for your 'inclusive' gaming conference which you've planned weeks in advance
hiring 2-3 people of color is that revolutionary to you? THAT hard huh?
nah the hard part is convincing an army of white males why thats important.
That might work as an argument if there weren't already tons of BIPOC talent out there that could have been involved
