    When you fulfill a kickstarter from your dining room table, every time, this happens. You come home from the grocery store and one of the packages you shipped is in your mailbox, returned by the USPS, marked insufficient postage. For the rest of the week...

    👋🏼Alrighty, promised thread incoming! Since mechanics inform the tone of a game just as much as its rules and flavour text, what does it tell you about that I chose to use the Firebrands Framework and PbtA? Let's get into it!

    Mechanics tell a lot about game tone, just as much as flavour text. Eg. Jenga tower=impending doom, tokens=give & take/balance, d20=epic highs and lows So what does it tell you about my life that I used Firebrands and PbtA to write LOGAN? I'm gonna whip up a thread soonish 👍🏼

    This report just out from U. of Chicago tells us, w/o doubt, that incarceration, this "solution" we spend billions on, is not a solution. It is a failed experiment. And that if officials actually care about safety, they should not be supporting it.
