    None of this is rocket science. We've identified practical solutions to many of the problems faced by employed magistrates. The future of the magistracy is its diversity - we hope the paper goes some way to improve support for a vitally important part of the judiciary.

    These are the minutes from a 2015 BBC Trust meeting where I argued against moving to online only. BBC3 is a channel aimed at 18-35 y/os & I was the only member of the panel in that age group. I guess this is why representation is important.
