Okay, so it shows 11 separate e-mails from YouTube for the same video being "inappropriate" when all it is is an album review with nothing else going on. Does this mean that people are spamming & false flagging my content? Please take a look! @TeamYouTube

Between this and the spam comments I was getting it really seems that someone (or a group of people) are screwing with my channel.

I’m still confused by all of this. Other than some swear words there’s nothing inappropriate in the review that got taken down - plus the artist saw it and was cool with it. It wasn’t even nasty and/or a rant.

You have sexual stuff, hyper violence/gore and racist content all over the dark corners of YouTube, but a 6 or 7 minute album review with some swear words gets rejected for inappropriate content? And they can’t even point out directly what it is?

I would even understand if they suggested it be “mature content” over some swear words or whatever, but even that would be far-fetched. I dunno. Maybe there’s a brand new rule that I missed or something?

I didn’t get a strike or anything like that, but it would’ve been nice to be given a more clear understanding about what the issue is.

@SpectrumPulse any idea or opinion on all of this? I know you’ve had to deal with YouTube issues over the years.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likesShow this thread -

...I've honestly never had a video taken down for "inappropriate content". Demonetized for it, but never taken down. I think the appeals process should probably be apt to handle it, but you might have been targeted by false flagging, and I dunno how to get around that. Sorry :(

I’m not monetized which makes it even crazier (all my earnings are from outside sources). I got 11 of the same e-mail which leads me to believe that maybe 11 accounts (possibly the same person?) flagged me in a row or something? 11 e-mails “concerned about my wellbeing” too

Yeah, that's suspicious AF - let me know how it develops and maybe we can get some info on what the hell is happening

I see it happened to some other people too. I also saw that there was chaos recently over a suicide video being uploaded so I’m wondering if some videos got auto-flagged and rejected somehow by mistake in the process
Still waiting for @TeamYouTube to clarify.
