Does this work with the sql package so we can store and retrieve it as a DECIMAL type?

I'm not familiar with how the sql package works, but I expect it could be done by making Uint128 satisfy some interface. At minimum I should probably implement a SetString method. Maybe MarshalText and/or MarshalJSON as well.
