Yes and no; the protocol verifies data using Merkle proofs. When downloading, the renter requests proofs from the host, but it throws them away after verifying them. So we can't use them to verify integrity later.

We could add a local non-cryptographic checksum -- actually my format used to have one (see https://github.com/lukechampine/us/commit/bc5517cfbe2b1fe0947ec5053c20c64e24ab52dc …) -- but I don't think it's terribly useful.
