@lukechampine about your vulnerability. Would you consider it's safe to send first little amount to make sure you have the right address? Do you consider that address reuse?

Great question. First, sending a small amount first is a good idea in general, since it rules out many potential problems, and reusing an address once isn't a big deal. However, it will not prevent the attack I described.

What the attacker can do is "allow through" any transaction smaller than some threshold, and only "lock" the address when it receives more than that. So sending a test transaction may just give you a false sense of security.
