Seems most of the required primitives are already in the standard lib or /x/crypto, except for the NH keyed hash function from https://fastcrypto.org/umac/umac_proc.pdf …
I decided to take a stab at it myself: https://github.com/lukechampine/adiantum … Just HPolyC for now, until I find (or write) an NH implementation.
