I used to go to https://cambridgezen.org somewhat regularly. You can just show up, meditate, and leave without having to talk to anyone, and it's free.

I just fell out of the habit, and after we moved it was less convenient. But there's really not much to complain about. The main downside is that they don't provide any instruction; you're expected to already know how to meditate.

In my experience the main value of group meditation is that it provides structure and a social environment, which can help you establish habits and continue learning.
