In theory you could use any 32-byte string. Are there any coins that use a vanity string for this? Would be fun to see miners slowly "reveal" each letter

I'm designing a Cosmos chain where you grind to submit "vanity PoW" with words at the beginning. You get as many tokens as the word is worth in Scrabble™. Need to design an encoding scheme that biases towards lower value letters.
