Honestly the whole recipient UI is just inexcusably bad: big name cards popping up at random, zero intuition around where the cursor will end up, etc. You had one job!

Every time I Reply All from the Gmail app I expect to be able to drag-and-drop the recipients (e.g. swap To/Cc) and every time I'm disappointed.
