Hey @fsf - fire your President and Board Chair. He just sent an email to the MIT computer science community claiming that sex with an underaged girl is not rape. I know you know about him and his 'problematic' ideas already. Just letting you know that WE KNOW.

And also, @fsf, while we're at it, lemme let you in on something else: Your refusal to part ways with him - despite well-known incidents that have pushed women & others out of free software for decades - might have been ok 10 years ago. Maybe even 2 years ago. It's not ok now.

I’m very interested in hearing a response from @conservancy and @o0karen0o given the organizations close association with the fsf. Bradley M. Kuhn is on the fsf board and President of @conservancy . We give them $$$$ which is going to end now.

The statements relayed in the medium post are reprehensible. There is indeed no formal relationship between FSF and Conservancy as others have said but for my part, I'm removing my only remaining formal personal connection right now - my FSF membership. We'll be following this.

I think this is the right answer. I've removed my FSF membership based on the issues the FSF has had enforcing its Code of Conduct. And just this year, I brought up an issue where a keynote speaker violated the CoC, and have been waiting for a formal response for nearly 6 months
