we always account for anticipated share dilution. In the Tesla case we incorporate $10b in issuance at ~30% less than today's market cap. (it's not actually a primary driver for the model fwiw)

So dilution but not splits. I think my main point was that your model wasn't accounting or stock splits. I can understand dilution. But that is only 8.5% ish...
