You're not satisfied with Spotify's music recs? I'm continuously impressed by how spot on they are.

What’s delaying the progress of a smart CRM?

My guess is Salesforce has 1) too much momentum 2) high switching costs, and 3) high barrier for feature parity, so prospective customers rarely want to try new tools instead of Salesforce.
