Well I make a distinction with a man who's Asperger and struggles with dating but not misogynist and the incel community. The incel community is just a type of MRA and they are really bad....

Sure. But that said, a person who is on the spectrum can still engage in the sorts of therapies that make it more likely that they will be able to engage the partner of their choosing. One of my favorite Twitter folks is a guy with autism/Aspergers who is happily married.

I'm guessing that was harder for him than for many neurotypical people - but when we talk about accommodations for disabilities, we obviously can't include accommodations that require the involuntary use of other people's bodies.
