amazing how many companies think that 'all our junior staff are women and all our senior staff are men' is a good gender gap defence

Wonderful day on Skomer. Great weather and nice birds including a Black Redstart at the Farm. Everyone is having a lovely time including these two chaps having a snooze in our boat.

I hear this a lot. Such an abusive power dynamic between a health professional who is paid to give help and support and a mental health service user who is vulnerable.

2/2 The rise in childhood poverty is a stain on society & on this Government. Poverty should never be a reason to remove a child or even for a child to be on a child protection plan. Poverty does not = neglect & how the state responds should be to to support not punish & blame.

Head at an inner city school, said they'd been "a 4-fold increase in children with child protection issues. Every one...had something to do with the poverty...It's neglect. It's because they & their families don't have enough money to provide food, heating or even bedding." 1/2

I still need about 30-40 participants for my research looking at whether childhood trauma can be overcome. If you’ve been in care would you please complete the following survey. It should only take less than 10 minutes. Thank you.
