Why once they are two? Why not before?

Because that's how the legislation was drawn up. If you want the reasoning behind it ask someone else? Not me. You're supposed to be a "journalist"; do some research.

And once they are two, you can claim.

"You can only claim for a child once they are 2 years old. To claim for an adult, apply by whichever is the latest of the following dates: on or before their 21st birthday (or if they’ve died, the date they would have reached 21) within 6 years of the vaccination"

And again, Lottie, this isn't hidden knowledge. It's easily obtainable. So you repeating over and over that "under twos are exempt" is just spreading misinformation: https://www.gov.uk/vaccine-damage-payment/how-to-claim …

And I ask again, why are under twos not able to access the money they may need from this magical money pot that isn’t a compensation fund but is there for any such damages the unaccountable manufacturer won’t take responsibility for that the govt will?

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SIDS OR AUTISM! You are deliberately ignoring what you originally claimed now.

Simple fact is there’s a damages payout fund from the govt that exempts under twos from immediate payment. Why? We know that ANY medication isn’t a one size fits all. So to claim they’re 100% safe is a false dichotomy. To ignore parents who believed in vaccines is offensive.

No one has claimed they are 100% safe, just like everything in life. I already answered that.

You guys do. Consistently. They save lives! You wail. Yet you refuse to compute that they also kill children too. They kill. Not always, but they do. Why can’t we as a society hold the makers up to appropriate scrutiny. Children shouldn’t be collatoral damage. Ever.

And yes they do save millions of lives. But not once have we said they are 100% safe, as I have already explained in two other tweets as well.

You know what also kills, way way more than vaccines? Putting food in children’s mouths. Why do you feed your children by mouth when they have such a high risk of dying from choking, or having an allergic reaction?

They save millions of lives; that is not the same as saying 100% safe. Relative risk.

You mean collateral damage like immune compromised or children otherwise unable to be vaccinated who are killed or maimed by people too selfish or foolish to get themselves or their children vaccinated?

Lottie ignores the fact that there are very real outcomes as a result her (and her ilk's) ill-informed rants. People fail to vaccinate. Immunity levels fall. And then people do actually get diseases, they suffer and some die.

Actual people, actual deaths. Not social media anecdotes or VAXXED bus stories. In Europe last year there were thousands of cases of measles, dozens of deaths: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/world/2018/dec/21/measles-cases-at-highest-for-20-years-in-europe-as-anti-vaccine-movement-grows …
