Isn't this making a very narrow argument? I.e.,Milo no, but Ben Shapiro yes. And by implication, Charles Murray yes. But the anti free speech people want to shut 'em all up.

I think there safe two arguments: one defining speech vs. harassment, and the other First Amendment vs. Title IX. Do we abandon our teaching mandate entirely to have total free speech?

Good point... My point simply was that her argument seemed very narrow, and thus did not address most of the cases that have been causing controversy.
