Maybe unpopular opinion, but... one takeaway partway through my first session at #CSCW2020... 5 minutes is a perfectly adequate amount of time for a conference paper talk.

I liked this format for the
#mobileHCI conference too. We can always read the paper for the details.
I completely agree - tell your story in 5 minutes. If it's interesting, I'll remember it and you... and maybe even read your paper!
