Alan Page eventually got his law degree and still later became a Justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court. And I eventually moved to Minneapolis…

where, when I take my daughter to school in the morning, I regularly see Alan Page out for a morning jog. (Saw him this morning!) And every time I do, I’m taken back to that purple sweatshirt, and I think: “That’s ALAN PAGE!”
