Continuing to reflect on #NFW2020 from perspective of future virtual and hybrid conferences. We still have lots to figure out. Crucially, I don't think we know how to create effective interactive experiences of more than ~10 people (unstructured) or ~30 people (highly structured)

Final "new future of work" thought... work intertwines with home (for many), so we no longer have a "work context". Context collapse means what social norms are appropriate is no longer clear. Also, I think social norms are changing anyway.... which leads me to...

The idea of people should bring their "whole authentic self" to work seems extremely challenging to me. Isn't it the case that there are many people whose whole-authentic-selves would clash? While if they 'filtered' those selves to 'what's relevant to work', no clash?
