Continuing to reflect on #NFW2020 from perspective of future virtual and hybrid conferences. We still have lots to figure out. Crucially, I don't think we know how to create effective interactive experiences of more than ~10 people (unstructured) or ~30 people (highly structured)
Something that does seem to work well: "keynote" speech, questions turned in somehow (maybe http://sli.do ), questions selected by moderators, who then moderate Q&A session.
