It is true that leaders are being misled - by people like you. On the radio
#r4today this morning you falsely claimed that each IPCC report is more alarming than the last. In fact, AR5 said that AR4 conclusions on drought were "probably overstated". -
Also: AR5 (2015) said no significant trends in global tropical cyclone frequency. SR15 (2018) said many studies since AR5 find a "decreasing trend in the global number of tropical cyclones and/or the globally accumulated cyclonic energy"
