i know many of you are thinking about this. But actually the experiment is done by seperating two groups of hamsters in different cages, and the team masked the cage instead. LOLpic.twitter.com/ffXPKuXCQL

But the WHO said masks didn't do anything. Then the WHO said that masks only help by putting it on the sick. Then the WHO said it was because of the asymptomatic and they don't protect those who aren't sick. Could the WHO have been wrong?
WHO is not wrong but just partially true. Yuen’s research mention wearing mask can reduce 1/3 chance to be infected for healthy one and minimise the symptoms if u are infected!
Mask don’t kill
but help u to defend it! Don’t be defeated by #CCPVirus
Who have thought? A disease you catch by inhaling virus particles that someone else has exhaled is actually mitigated by wearing masks. Why we’ve had mixed messages on this for so long is criminal
Thimble-sized masks for hamsters!
I needed that
Somehow many people in UK/europe/USA still believe masks are not necessary and i have seen so many people not wearing masks in public. No wonder their death rates are significantly higher than us. Masks are for preventing sick people infecting other healthy ones!
Yes, unfortunately that's the kind of wrong (was not backed by science at the time of writing) that surely led to more dead people. Very sad: health authorities in the West were too slow to catch up with the science, and too many science writers do not look at evidence.
