.@NBCNews also goes with “suspect,” and no name, in two headlines this morning. Looking at #NoNotorietypic.twitter.com/anCiZkNIWV
.@FoxNews, in contrast, went with a giant photo of the suspect at the top of the page.pic.twitter.com/CTkmJ5eI7o
.@washingtonpost front prominently features the suspect's name this morning, but no photo image of him, only the victims. #nonotorietypic.twitter.com/DgpRObynJh
Similarly to the @nytimes most-read stories earlier, @NBCnews has the shooting suspect's face and name very large in a "Top videos" section lower down, though the face and name are not highlighted at the very top of the site. #nonotorietypic.twitter.com/ISAo5JULQR

And I’m okay with that. They do need to mention him and that his court hearing is Friday and the beef he had with the paper but that’s it - drop it and let it alone.
There is no value in talking about "his beef" with anything. No grievance can justify a mass shooting.
Now if we can just get them to do this with Trump - focus on the victims, and stop showing his face and saying his name...
He gets all the publicity he wants. Even angry people say his name. He loves it!
