We’ve improved the system behind notifications to make sure they’re being sent more consistently and reliably. As a result, we’ve greatly reduced outages and decreased the number of dropped notifications.pic.twitter.com/eVO5gALlJI

Why do you keep making it more difficult for people to get the content that they want? First you added the bell and then you headed extra steps to the Bell. why don't you want people to watch the content they are subscribed to?
